Down button keeped pressed, moves only once down .

Hello

I read on badeip site binary-art.net last year (wich is not function right now), that the down button function can be modified.
Right now, even if i keep it pressed, it moves only once down.
I would like to modify , if i keep it pressed, than it moves down continuously.

Someone know how to do that?
