svn xml stable branch.

I have merged the latest development into the stable branch to fix the resolv.conf issue but the xml file describing the stable releases for tarball updates is stuck on v107.

It looks like the mirror is not mirroring.

If the mirror isnt updated you can trigger an update manually by accessing http://svn.opentvix.com/xp-dev-webhook.php
This will signal cron to fetch new revisions and build tarballs and xml files.
